Delete your account via the app
The quickest way to delete your account and all associated data is directly from the LANCS app:

Open the LANCS app

Go to Profile → Settings

Tap "Delete Account"

Confirm deletion
Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to your account, you can request deletion by emailing us at hello@lancs.app with the subject line Delete my account. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile (display name, photo, city, preferences)
- Activities you have created or joined
- Any messages or activity associated with your account
- Your Facebook or Apple sign-in association
Facebook Login
If you signed up using Facebook Login, deleting your LANCS account also removes all data we received from Facebook. You can additionally revoke LANCS app permissions at any time via Facebook App Settings.
